Brighten is pleased to announce a Limited-Time Interest Rate Cut Promotion^ on their Full Doc Prime product, Brighten Empower Prime, effective 16th May 2024.
A flat variable rate of 6.79% p.a.^ (comparison rate 6.82% p.a. #) will apply to all new Brighten Empower Prime home loan applications up to 80% LVR. Applications must be submitted on or before 30th June 2024, approved and settled by 30th September 2024.
