Brighten Lender update

Brighten Lender is pleased to announce the following changes, effective 9 September 2024.

Alt Doc Prime Special Offer

A reduced rate of 6.99% p.a.1 (comparison rate 7.07% p.a.#) applies to all new Brighten Boss® Prime Owner Occupied P&I loans up to $1 million and 70% LVR.

They have also increased the maximum loan sizes for Category 1 locations to:

  • $5 million for Owner Occupied loans ≤60% LVR
  • $3.5 million for Owner Occupied and Investment loans ≤70% LVR

Full Doc Prime Rate Cut

Brighten Lender has reduced the interest rates for new Brighten Empower Prime home loans, starting from just 6.59% p.a.2(comparison rate 6.62% p.a.#) for Owner Occupied loans, and from 6.79% p.a.3 (comparison rate 6.82% p.a.#) for Investment loans.

The maximum loan sizes for Category 1 locations have also increased:

  • $5 million for Owner Occupied loans ≤65% LVR
  • $3.5 million for Owner Occupied and Investment loans ≤70% LVR
