Self-Managed Marketing
For those who prefer to manage their own campaigns or utilise third party marketing agencies.
YBR Head Office will allow you the flexibility to run your ads. However, to ensure consistency with YBR Home Loans’ branding, legal & compliance, and regional targeting rules, all franchisees opting for this solution must have their Premium Franchise Website set up first, and all ad campaigns will have Head Office oversight.

- Meta Ad Account Setup
This setup allows you or an external agency to run your own ads, but it also enforces key controls, such as:

Maximum Efficiency: your paid marketing campaigns will be set up to avoid competing with our larger, centralised campaigns. This ensures that your budget is spent effectively, prevents overlapping lead generation, and ensures you’re not driving up the cost of customer acquisition across the network. The audience set restrictions in place will help ensure that your ads target only your designated regions, allowing you to capture quality leads without the risk of resource overlap or budget wastage.

Audience Sets: We’ll establish and lock in audience sets for your Meta Ad Account, restricting third-party agencies from running ads outside of your designated postcodes or regions. This ensures you’re targeting only the areas approved for your franchise, preventing overlaps and conflicts with other YBR brokers.

Oversight and Compliance: With this setup, all ads will be subject to YBR Head Office Marketing Team oversight, ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines, legal standards, and compliance regulations.
Please Note: Any external marketing agencies you wish to work with will be limited to the audience sets we’ve established, ensuring they cannot advertise outside of your approved regions or postcodes. This restriction is in place to avoid ad campaigns that could undermine the integrity of the YBR Home Loans brand or create lead conflicts across franchises.
If you want to run your own paid ads independently, this DIY solution gives you the freedom to manage your campaigns while remaining compliant with YBR’s Credit Licence and brand guidelines.

Includes Premium Franchise Website plus:

- Strategic Digital Ad campaigns through Meta
Join YBR’s premium marketing program and increase the quantity and quality of leads in your pipeline.
These are solutions that require minimal effort and attract local leads, designed specifically for you.
✔ Brokers contribute to a state-based or regional marketing pool, ensuring funds are spent where they can be most effective.
✔ A fixed percentage (E.g 25%) of the total budget gets allocated to postcode-targeted ads for each franchisee, ensuring you receive direct leads.
✔ The remaining portion goes into a statewide ad pool, generating leads that are evenly distributed among franchisees contributing to the regional pool, excluding areas already covered by other brokers.
✔ This avoids budget fragmentation while ensuring visibility and fairness.
