Following the recent change to disable loan application submissions through Loanapp v1, ANZ will now revoke broker access to Loanapp v1.
What this means
From Friday 20 December 2024, brokers will no longer be able to access Loanapp v1 or any Loanapp v1. application data.
Why is this change happening?
ANZ values the crucial role brokers play in helping customers buy and own a home. This change aims to enhance the broker experience by streamlining their systems.
How is ANZ helping brokers?
All brokers will be notified of this upcoming change via Broker News in the coming weeks. For those brokers that have a current loan application submitted in Loanapp v1, ANZ Residential Broker Managers will be sending them an email advising them of this change.
ANZ anticipates that this change will be low impact to brokers.
Impact on inflight applications
As previously communicated, in-flight ANZ Home Loan applications will remain unaffected. Brokers will be advised to use the existing process to view all historical and current application data via the ANZ Broker Portal.
