Accreditation Information

CONTACT FOR NEW ACCREDITATIONS: Please email accreditation@vow.com.au

Once the accreditations team has received your request, they will email you the accreditation form or instructions for the lender(s) you have requested.

All lenders have different supporting document requirements, our Accreditations team will be in contact with you if we do not hold them already

Important note – please ensure the below certificates/documents are current.  When you renew any membership certificates or PI please send through to onboarding@vow.com.au

•  Current Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) Membership Certificate
• Current PI 
• Current MFAA/FBAA Membership certificate
• AML & CTF certificate
