Digital tools to enhance your customers’ experience with Resi Select

Keeping you and your customers updated and empowered is a key focus for Resi! You get a dedicated case manager at each stage of the process, updates at your fingertips through their Preferred Lender portal and a personalised welcome video for customers on the day of settlement.

A personalised welcome video

On the day of settlement, Resi sends customers a personalised welcome video which congratulates them on the settlement of their Resi Select home loan, confirms key details (such as their name, address and loan amount), provides info on repayments and lets them know what they can expect from here on.

Updates at your fingertips with Preferred Lender 

Resi’s Preferred Lender portal is a simple self-service tool which you can use to view status updates, outstanding items and post-settlement information.

Many queries Resi receives at their contact centre can be answered quickly and easily by checking Preferred Lender. If you’re not already using it, Resi encourages you to reach out to your Resi Business Development Manager to help you get set up.

Here are some of the things you can see in Preferred Lender:

  • View notes in real time from Resi’s Verification and Credit teams with progress updates.
  • See what’s remaining to be addressed on an application and pro-actively follow up if any outstanding documents.
  • Access your customers’ post-settlement information such as their next loan repayment, BPAY details and BSB and Account number.
  • View interest rate information and download home loan statements.

Accessing Preferred Lender

  1. Go to the Advantedge website at www.advantedge.com.au
  2. Click the ‘Mortgage Brokers’ drop down and select ‘Preferred Lenders access’
  3. Click ‘Login to the Preferred Lenders website’

If you haven’t got login details, then please contact your Resi Business Development Manager.
