Resi are excited to introduce some new product and policy enhancements for you to offer your clients.
Here’s what you need to know:
Rate Reductions: Interest rates reduced by up to 0.20% across their Prime Alt Doc range, with rates starting as low as 7.29%.*
Zero Risk Fee Special: For a limited time, Resi are offering a zero-risk fee special across their Prime Alt Doc range, including their 80.01% to 85% LVR category, providing the lowest cost entry point for these borrowers in the market.
New Accountant Declaration Options: Based on feedback from their brokers, Resi are introducing an additional accountant declaration template for their Alt Doc borrowers. Accountants will now have two templates to choose from, increasing the likelihood of them being comfortable with the format presented.
Policy Changes:
1. Refinancing of private funder loans is now permitted under their Prime range (both Full Doc and Alt Doc), *Conditions apply
2. Tax debts will now be permitted to be paid and cleared under their Prime range (both Full Doc and Alt Doc) *Conditions apply
