Just in time for Christmas, welcome to the first edition of Focus on Franchise.
We have some exciting things in the pipeline so as an early Christmas present, we wanted to let you know what we’ve been working on with the YBR Strategic Council.
In the New Year, we are looking to launch two initiatives that will help you grow and strengthen your business. These initiatives have been approved by your peers and will be rolled out to you with the assistance of your Partner Success Managers (PSM).
1. YBR GROW Model
The first initiative is the GROW model, a popular coaching and problem-solving framework used to help achieve goals and overcome challenges. Using this model, you and your PSM will be able to get a better understanding of your business and work out where you want to be and work towards getting to that goal.
2. New Lead Standards
In addition to the GROW model, we are also rolling out our Lead Standards across all franchises. These standards have been developed together with the strategic council to best utilise our systems in a way that helps you manage the lead lifecycle and keep you front of mind with your customer.
Your PSM will reach out to you in the first quarter of 2025 to get the ball rolling, but if you want to start having those conversations sooner rather than later, then please feel free to reach out.
