Resi reduced their Prime Alt Doc rates by up to 0.35% for new customers, including pre-solicitor instructed deals. Since Thursday, 13th March, the updated rates have been visible in Salestrekker. You can also access the new rate cards in the document libraries of both Salestrekker and the Resi website. With rates as low as 6.89% p.a., now is the perfect time to support your self-employed clients with even more competitive offerings!
