Support staff access to Macquarie Bank’s broker portal

To further support brokers and their support staff, Macquarie Bank will be sending regular updates to registered support staff on the Broker Portal to help them maximise the benefits of Macquarie Bank’s digital tools and help them save more time.

By giving support staff access to the Broker Portal, support staff will be able to: 

  • track the status of their brokers in-flight applications
  • view the loan information for their brokers existing clients such as the loan structure and repayment details

The benefits of support staff having their own login credentials to the Broker Portal: 

  • helps to protect the brokers business and their clients sensitive information
  • support staff can stay up to date on clients’ applications, provide timely updates to the broker and their clients and access the latest updates and information, when they need it
  • brokers can remove support staff as and when they need to, for example, if they change offices
